A consultative clinic that only focuses on diabetes management. It is intensive Insulin Therapy and Insulin Pump Therapy for adults with Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes. Ongoing reports are provided to the referring and primary care providers. Patients are followed closely with the goal of improving blood sugar control.

Continuous Glucose Monitor Sensor
For people having unexplained high and low blood sugars.  Continuous glucose sensors provide a method of monitoring the blood sugar every 5 minutes for 72+ hours. Results are sent to the referring provider.
