Christine Stevens, MD
A native of Lincoln, Dr. Stevens graduated from Pius in 1970, then attended Chadron State College. After graduation she was accepted into PA training at UNMC and graduated in 1977. She worked as a PA in family medicine and pulmonary medicine for 10 years and eventually returned to medical school. She received her MD in 1988. Dr. Stevens completed her OB/GYN residency in 1992 at Bay State Medical Center in Springfield, Massachusetts, and then served a 3-year hitch in the United States Air Force as a clinical OB/GYN. Her time there saw service at the 55th Med Wing in Omaha and at the Joint Task Force at GITMO Cuba in 1995. Since her discharge, she’s worked in Lincoln and has enjoyed coming full circle back to her roots, being close to family and friends.
Katrina Dannewitz, APRN
Katrina attended the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing in 2002. She worked for seven years as a medical/surgical nurse in Lincoln. She returned to the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha in 2004 where she earned her Master of Science in Nursing and became a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2008. Katrina joined Dr. Christine Stevens at LifeCycles OB/GYN in May 2009. She enjoys spending time with her family, decorating her home, and watching Husker football.
