We have on staff an insurance clerk that will check with your insurance company when surgery or further office tests are needed. She will report back to you your deductible and out of pocket expenses and will be able to set-up payment arrangements as needed.

NOTE: If your plan requires a referral before seeing a specialist, be sure to notify your primary care physician and allow them time to send the referral to our clinic prior to your appointment.
