BPPV

Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) is an inner ear problem that causes vertigo when you move your head into certain positions. Vertigo is the feeling that you or your surroundings are spinning or whirling when there is actually no such movement. Light headedness, which is a feeling that you are about to faint is different than vertigo.
