We consider this online interview equivalent to your first in-person interview with us. We use a Gallup-designed questionnaire that is a proven tool for us. We have used a version of this questionnaire for more than 20 years at Saint Elizabeth. Your answers to this interview significantly help determine whether you continue as a candidate for a position within Saint Elizabeth Health Systems
