Prescriptions
All prescriptions and authorizations for refills must be requested during normal clinic hours. Not all prescriptions can be refilled over the telephone. For refills, please notify your pharmacist two to four days prior to running out of medication to prevent undue lapses in your medication schedule. If a patient needs WRITTEN prescriptions—they need to call 402.483.6000, press option #5 and follow the prompts. Please allow 5 days for processing.
