At Saint Elizabeth, our goal is to serve our community by providing information to help all of us improve our health.

We encourage you to join us for an upcoming event, program or class. Many are offered at no cost. Follow the link below to register online and for a more in-depth description of the class.

4 Kids
Our classes are designed for children from Toddlers to Tweens to Teens. Super Sitters is especially popular so register early.

Backs and Joints
When you or someone you love is struggling with joint pain, we have the classes for you to learn what to do next.

Bariatric Surgery
Are you considering weight loss surgery? Attend our Reshape Your Life class and learn more about surgical weight loss procedures such as Roux-en-Y Gastric Bypass, Sleeve Gastrectomy and the Lap-band®.

Cancer Support
Saint Elizabeth Cancer Institute provides many programs to help anyone dealing with cancer, including a Breast Cancer Support Group and A Time to Heal.

Car Seat Fitting
We offer a one-on-one car seat fitting with a certified car seat instructor. You will learn how to properly install your car seat and secure your child.

Childbirth, Babies and Parenting
Whether you are expecting your first child or already have children, we offer a large variety of classes to help you. First-time expectant parents can take a tour of our Advanced Baby CenterTM. Others may wish to take a tour with their children who are waiting for a new brother or sister.   

CPR and First Aid
We provide the American Heart Association course on CPR, choking and use of an AED (Automated External Defibrillator). You may also choose to learn about CPR and First Aid in one class.

Grief Support Group
It is not easy to deal with the loss of a loved one. Our bereavement support group is an eight-week series that helps you work through your grief with the aid of professional grief educators and support group members. A book and a journal is provided.

Health and Wellness
A variety of classes that can help you focus on staying healthy, including diabetes, weight loss and emphysema and COPD.

Pregnancy and Postpartum Exercise
Safe, low-impact exercises specifically designed to prepare your body for birth.

Tobacco Free
Even though tobacco is a powerful addiction, it is possible to quit. We offer support and quitting strategies through our Tools to Quit Smoking Class.
